Where is my order?

After your order has been placed, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipping. When your order is shipped, we will send you a notification email with a tracking number. This will track your package from our facility to your home.

Can I return my product or request a refund?

Returns are not accepted. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out and contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.

Due to ATF regulations, onceammunitionor other hazardous materials leave our facility (whether our distribution center or a retail store) we are unable to accept a return.

If you have received defective, damaged or due to our error you have been sent the incorrectammunition, please contact our Customer Service for assistance:.

Because of the ever-changing regulations and shipping restrictions surrounding the sale of ammunition, we are unable to ship to these locations:

  • Chicago (we are able to ship to other areas of IL)

  • Massachusetts
  • New York City, Buffalo, and Rochester (we are able to ship to other areas in the state of NY)
  • Washington, DC
  • All international locations
